Mark has led Podiatry services across 2 large hospital sites over a 15 year period in the West Midlands which has focused extensively on musculoskeletal injury and trauma in both the civilian and military population. Returning an individual to their sport or back to their active duties is the main driver for his practice and the ability to think laterally in complex cases are the motivating factors towards delivering excellence in care for his patient group.
Mark qualified from the University of Huddersfield in 1994 and went on to complete his Master thesis in the use of local anaesthetic as a intervention in 2000 at NENE University.
The ability to work within a multi disciplinary team is the key to obtaining an optimum outcome for the client and Mark has been fortunate to work alongside expert clinicians throughout his career and his clinical reasoning skills reflect this experience.
The focal point of expertise for Marks practice is the mechanical function of the foot and ankle and its functional link to symptoms within the lower quadrant.
